We at Mrwatch are happy to offer high-quality watches with care and precision. But if your item is broken, we vow to fix it quickly and fairly through a straightforward return and refund process.

1. TIME TO RETURN

You have to start all return requests within 14 days after getting the item. We're sorry, but we can't let you return or exchange your item if it's been 14 days after you got it.

2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To begin a return, please send an email to our support team at [email protected]. Add the following information:

• The number of your order.

• The cause for the return.

• You only need to send clear pictures if the item is broken, damaged, or not what you ordered.

After we confirm your request, we will provide you specific information on how to return the item. You must send things back in their original, unused state, including all of their packaging, tags, and attachments.

3. COMMON SCENARIOS

• Damaged or Broken: If your watch arrives broken or damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We will set up a free replacement or a full refund when we check. In this case, we will pay for the return shipping.

• Wrong Item: Please let us know within five days if you got something you didn't order. We will help you mail the item back and send you the right one at no extra cost.

• Undelivered Package: If your package hasn't arrived seven days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will talk to the courier and send the package again or give you your money back if it is confirmed missing.

• Cancellations: Please cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it if you need to. If the order hasn't been finished or dispatched yet, we'll give you a full refund immediately.

4. TIME FRAME FOR REFUNDS

We will send you an email when we get your return and look it over. If your refund is approved, it will be refunded back to the payment method you used within 5 to 7 business days.
