SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take to get my order? We know you are excited to get your new watch! For most orders, delivery takes between 3 to 8 business days. Please note: It may take 1-2 days to process your order before it ships out.
How do I track my package? Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
Tracking not working yet? Don't worry. It often takes 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system. If it has been more than 3 days and you still don't see any movement, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll track it down for you.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We are proud to ship MrWatch timepieces to customers all over the world.
ORDERS & CHANGES
Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change your address or cancel an order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may have already shipped, but please contact us anyway—we will do our best to help!
I entered the wrong shipping address! What do I do? Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the correct address. We will try our best to update it before the package leaves our warehouse.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We want you to love your watch. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
What if my watch arrives damaged or defective? We are so sorry if this happens! We inspect every watch, but sometimes accidents happen during shipping. Please take a photo of the damaged item and email it to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will send you a free replacement immediately—no need to worry about shipping the damaged one back.
How long does it take to get my refund? Once we approve your return, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. We also accept payments via Stripe.
Is my personal information safe? Absolutely. We take your security seriously. Our store is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your details. We never store your credit card information.
